2-story house located less than 3 miles from downtown Franklin in the Maplewood subdivision. Bonus room has a private bedroom with closet. If the color of the room is not your color choice, we will allow you to paint it with our approval of color. The Bonus room is considered a common area; however, we rarely use the room except when our college senior is home (not often). The bedroom is 10x10 and the bonus room has furniture and a TV. Great neighborhood with a pool that you can use with our consent. Also amenities include tennis, pickle ball, and a catch and release pond. The bedroom is ready to show and the bonus room will be ready by 6/30. We are de-cluttering and decided someone might want to live here in Franklin. We do have a bed frame in the room that can be used but will need a mattress and box spring. Sprouts grocery store within walking distance at entrance to neighborhood. Located 1 1/2 miles from I-65. Kitchen and back deck are considered common areas. Owner smokes but outside only. Pets are negotiable. This rental is for a single person only.
