Move-in July 15!

Private room in a 3-bed townhouse super close to downtown Carp! This room is on the second floor and shares a bathroom with the other room on that floor. My room is the master on the third floor. Ground floor features a dining/living room and kitchen, half bath, pantry, and small backyard. The front opens onto a lovely courtyard. Parking for this room is an assigned outdoor spot. I use the garage spot but there is a bit of space in the garage for extra storage.

Pets: cats, reptiles, and rodents are ok if you are clean and responsible for their health and damages. No dogs please.

Rent is month to month, but I would like at least a 6-month commitment.

(The other room that you’ll share a bathroom with opens on August 15 - same specs except it’s $1050 because it doesn’t come with a parking spot. That can be negotiated.)

My name is Alyssa (they/she)! I am an artist and I work 8-5 on weekdays (currently in the office but I might be transitioning to hybrid or remote). I enjoy a clean space and good communication. I’m an introvert but totally don’t mind having friends and partners over whenever. Looking to live with fellow queer people, or LGBTQ+ friendly folks!
