Private Full basement, newly renovated bathroom, fridge, sink, microwave. Fridge to be installed first week of August.

Laundry is downstairs, but separate from the basement. Your space is completely private. New Samsung washer/dryer to be installed first week of August.

Requirements:

• full background and credit check
• security deposit 1000
• minimum 6 months to 1 year lease with option to extend if all parties are in agreement.

Live here alone with one dog. No kids because of the dog he’s friendly but something I don’t want to worry about. I need someone who is responsible and has been around dogs because it’s not a private entrance so you will have to walk by them to go downstairs. You are welcome to the living room area upstairs, backyard patio and kitchen area for cooking.

Water, internet fios gigabit , and electric will be included.

I’m near dulles Airport, reston/herndon metro, shopping ( moms, Gaint, sprouts) , everything is 10 minutes away.
