Simi-retired Conservative female homeowner seeking 1 tenant to share newly remodeled 3/2 home with pool on cul-de-sac in quiet and safe neighborhood in New Smyrna Beach. Includes power, internet, water and trash pickup. The house is approximately 1600 sq feet. Split plan (Master is on opposite side of the house), with tile floors. Occasional guest are welcome but abuse of this will not be tolerated. There is plenty of storage, washer/dryer, full use of common area as well as cookware/dishes in the kitchen. The bedroom is 11’x11’, furnished with private bathroom. No smoking inside. There is a front and back porch for smoking. I have a small kitty and puppy so no other pets please. You must provide proof of employment and/or income. I require a security deposit equal to one month of rent. The security deposit ($800) is due with signed lease to hold the room. Agreement is month to month. 30 days + notice required to break it by either of us. I will also need to do a light background check. NO Drugs, NO Drunks, No Drama.

A little about me…I’m simi-retired as a treasure hunter/diver/boat captain. I monitor the NSB beach vendors 15 hours a week. Rarely go out of town but do occasionally.  Homebody, I  average reading a book a day, not much for tv but I do sometimes binge on my fire stick., lol. I tend to live in my bedroom 98% of the time and don’t care much for cooking these days. I have twin boys, 32 to live close by with their families. One grandson and one on the way. I usually only have one visitor who stays in the 3rd bedroom for a night or two a month if that, he’s a renowned treasure hunter, pretty famous, he’s 84!! Lol 

There is also a new addition to my home as of Friday…This is Huckleberry! He’s 9 weeks old and very smart. Doesn’t bark or shed and is hypoallergenic. A real charmer. I also have a very timid kitty and a new puppy lives in my room too.
