It’s a 2br, 2 full bathroom apartment. You can have the master bedroom with personal full bathroom attached. There’s a balcony that faces the back of the complex for decent privacy. I’ve lived here for 2 1/2 years and can vouch for a safe and well kept neighborhood. It’s a cozy neighborhood very close to I85. Take a left to Charlotte or take a right to Gastonia in equal time. White Water Center is practically in the back yard. (Far enough that there’s no noise) Close to all shopping and restaurants. 15-20 minutes from the airport where I happen to work. Rent price is before utilities but after trash and pest control fees. I’m currently renting a washer and dryer and we can go half on that and internet, electricity, water.
