Ty's room

Hello, my roommate just bought and house and is moving out! We’re looking to fill their room in our house on a quiet street in Wheat Ridge right off of the G line light rail. We’ve got a master bedroom to find a cool, respectful roommate for. Male or female is OK. We’ve got a fenced in yard and detached 2 car garage, and a shed we’ve got plans to make an office space!

The main floor has a bright living room, and the downstairs has a movie room, along with another huge half-finished room great for storage and I plan to add ping pong/foosball table when it’s done.

NOTE: Utilities are a flat rate of $50 each month (included in the $1050 + $50 = $1100/mo total), paid through apartments.com. There is a brand new 21 panel solar system on the roof and helps minimize the Xcel bill.

For rent is 1 HUGE main floor bedroom (230+ sqft) with walk in closet and south facing window. It shares a bathroom with Justin, he’s new to the area from Texas, super handy and down to earth.

The 2 downstairs rooms share a bathroom, I’m occupying one of them. Zach is in the other, he works from home and also has a 45lb Aussie Shepherd Lab mix. Zach and I both are very active outdoors and usually on the run for something fun on the weekends. I spend a lot of nights over at my girlfriends hosue.

No pets permitted in the house. 2 dogs is enough, and I’m very allergic to cats.

Credit and background check through apartments.com is required with the application. Renters insurance needed, security deposit paid, as well as autopay to be set up prior to move in. Being clean, quiet, respectful, and not leaving messes left around common spaces are the non-negotiables. No piggies in this house. Holler at with me all of your questions and lets meet up!

I’m an automation engineer with a 6 year old australian shepherd named Murry, super well behaved and a huge people person! He spends most of the time at my girlfriends house, since she works from home and I do not. I’m super active getting outside at every opportunity I get, whether it’s biking, hiking, fishing, climbing or boarding in the winter season. Quiet, clean and respectful is the name of the game with me!
