The property is in the Inner Richmond in a safe and quiet neighborhood near a preschool and a few blocks away from Geary. The unit is spacious and newly remodeled, with well lit rooms and large windows. It’s near the 38, 5, and 31 bus stops, and is a 10 minute commute away from USF. Parking is street parking, while laundry is less than a block away. The room itself is a private room, but does connect with another room. For privacy, curtain dividers have been set up but we’re open to any more suggestions! :) A potential roomie bailed very last minute, so since we are pretty much urgently looking, move in date would be great sep 1
About the roomies
A household with ESA cats (two) looking for someone to replace a tenant that is leaving after moving out. We’re both women in our mid 20s doing work/school (one works a 9-5 and the other is a CNA/student) so we’re pretty busy. We are generally friendly and would love to be friends vs just being roomies. We are POC and would prefer women, but would accept anyone we get along and connect with.
