I am looking for someone to be added to my existing lease. Water is included in the rent. I DID NOT include water in the price above. All in all, with bills, you are looking at $1000.

Across the street from a Kroger, next to a Walgreens, and only a few lights from a Walmart, I find the complex to be well-placed. There are garages and storage units available too for an additional $. A pool, tennis court and fitness center are available to us as well.

Note on the bathroom: It is technically the public bathroom in the unit; however, it has never really been used like that. My last roommate was the only one who used it until he moved out.

I’m 33. I work in marketing for a living from home. Given that I am not a driver, I spend a lot of time at home. I am a disabled person who enjoys gaming, deep conversations, and anything with good food. I am a nerdy type. Very clean, and I want to keep the place that way. :)
