Commute to the Ole Miss campus is ~9 minutes each way and there is also an OUT transit stop at the entrance to the neighborhood. Remarkably good value considering how late in the housing cycle it is.
Two of the three rooms have been claimed by incoming Ole Miss law students. Remaining room available is on the second floor, facing the backyard. The landlord is a recent Ole Miss grad. No smoking or drugs.
