Large private room, bath is shared with upstairs roomies (2), however the downstairs has and open bath next to laundry that is free. Room is upstairs, quiet hours 11pm-7 am. $100 of deposit is non refundable, No couples, one person per room. Over night visitors as we get to know you.
About the roomies
All professionals over 30. We work every day, one upstairs roomy travels extensively. Owners live downstairs . Laundry and kitchen privileges, Gas stove, hot water heater, Laundry available most days. We do have a german shepherd who is crated and walks4-5 times per day.
