My girlfriend and I are looking for a roommate! I’m a musician, but I don’t like loud noises very much, plus, this second-floor Little Italian apartment is split down the middle with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and spare room on one side and a bedroom, living room (rehearsal space), and spare room (studio space) on the other divided by a tiny nook beneath the stairs. There is stair access behind the kitchen side to leave the apartment plus both bedrooms have access to the spacious front balcony. If that wasn’t enough, there’s a spacious backyard shared between us and our neighbors above and below, our neighbors are super friendly, and it’s located right next to Algebra Tea and some art galleries!

We’re looking mainly for introverts, artists, musicians, and all creative types of people. Since my girlfriend is very in tune with the energy of a person and place, we are also preferring young (or young at heart) people. College students welcome! I know Case dorms are expensive, so luck out by grabbing this place quick! It’s also only 15 minutes from Cleveland State University, where my girlfriend and I go to school currently.

Apologies that there are no pictures, there are currently three people living there that are fine with tours but they have the place decked out so it’s not very picture-friendly.

I’m a jazz percussionist, so you’ll hear lots of vibraphone and some relatively quiet drum set on select days normally between 10A-3P– I’m very conscious to ask when I can and can’t make more noise, plus I can practice all of it very quietly. Both my girlfriend and I are introverted intuitive types (INFJ/INFP), but we’ve got a social side that comes out every now and then. Aside from that, I enjoy cooking and spending quiet time in shared spaces while my girlfriend prefers solitude and spiritual/artsy/hippie vibes.

I clean when I can due to my incredibly busy schedule while my girlfriend prefers things to have good cleanliness and feng shui at all hours, so we won’t be doing any chore lists or anything. Aside from that, we’ll have friends over from time to time but nothing out of the norm for the average introverted artist in Little Italy.
