I have a private bedroom and bathroom on a golf course for rent to one individual. We’ll share the kitchen, dining and living area. Your room is at the front of the house while mine is at the back so you’ll have privacy. There’s a like-new queen bed, super comfy, but I can remove that if you have your own. The armoire and desk are no longer there. Large screened in patio with ceiling fan, table, chairs, a hammock and lots of plants on a fairway. I’m not looking for a new best friend or romance, just someone compatible to share Amy home with.

I’m a very young 71 year old woman, an artist, so yes, the occasional disarray that goes along with that does and will exist. I have a cat - she’s very affectionate so you’ll need to be open to her infrequent requests for head scratches. The house has an eclectic, boho feel to it so no big old-lady china cabinet full of useless stuff.
