I have a private bedroom and bathroom for rent to one individual. We’ll share the kitchen, dining and living area. Your room is at the front of the house while mine is at the back so you’ll have privacy. There’s a like-new queen bed, super comfy, but I can remove that if you have your own. The armoire and desk are no longer there. Large screened in patio with ceiling fan, table, chairs, a hammock and lots of plants.

I’m a very young 71 year old woman, an artist so yes, the occasional disarray that goes along with that does and will exist.
