The house is an awesome little 3/1.5 just up the hill from the River Arts District, nestled between ABtech and the Hospital. Hard to find a better location! Minutes to downtown but also is a very chill/quiet neighborhood. House has its own big back yard but is also 2 minutes from the ABtrek walking trail. House comes with garage and unfinished basement so there is plenty of storage! House is managed by a Property Management Group so there is some lease paperwork required.

My name is Kai, I’m a 31 year old cis male. Originally from Austin Texas, i moved to Asheville in 2014. I’m a bartender at a local brewery and also go to school full time! Between job and school the free time is rare hah. When i do have it, I love to be outside hiking, swimming or playing volleyball. I have a 10 year old pitbull named Q (Short for Qataras), and she’s actually the Landlord of the house. She can be a cranky old lady with pup introductions, but another dog in the house is definitely a possibility. It’s been years since she’s lived with a cat but was never an issue! I’m very easy going and love meeting new people. Give me a shout!
