It really helps if you tell me a bit about yourself… name, age, when you want to move-in, if you have any gf/bf or kids or pets, some work/school info and how long you’ve been working/attending, any other hobbies and likes/dislikes, what you’re looking for in a shared living arrangement, etc.

I have a bedroom available for rent in my condo in Anaheim. The room has plenty of space for any size bed, a workspace/desk, furniture, etc. Located in the city of Anaheim. Live 7 mins from Disneyland, down Ball Rd. Major cross streets are Brookhurst and Orange.

Room for rent is for single occupancy only.

Term: 6 month minimum.

Rent: $1,350 Monthly rent with utilities included for one person.

Deposit: One month’s rent, which can be split into two payments, if needed.

Discounted rent is available for the right person/ situation.
