You would have the second floor of the townhouse to yourself with 2BR, 1Bath. We don’t mind couples or parents with kids, since there is two bedrooms (unfurnished). You also receive your own living room space. We would share a full-sized kitchen. We have a front porch that you are free to enjoy, and a small backyard. There is a parking lot 300 ft from the house. Rent is $1000/month, and that includes water, electricity, and internet. Deposit and Rent (can be partial if moving in later in the month,) are due the first day of move-in.

Hi! We are Mike and Maggie, and we are looking for friendly, tidy roommates to move into our empty upstairs floor. We do not have pets or children, but are welcoming of both. We are 420 friendly, however there is no smoking inside the house- if any prospective roommates wish to discuss w**d’s usage in the home, we are happy to have a discussion with you prior to moving in.
