2 furnished room in a quiet & nice community in Gilbert just minutes away from ASU Polytechnic and freeway 202 & 60 also near all major groceries (Safeway, Fry’s, Bashas, Traders Joe’s, Walmart , Target etc). The room is furnished with queen bed, dresser & 2 nightstands rent for $950 only (all utilities included). About the roomies
I am friendly & open minded, respect people privacy & mind their own business (don’t bother people) & mostly keep it to myself, however I am easy to get along w/ anyone & just looking for respectful & responsible roommates who are non smoker/drug & no pets, also pickup after yourself to keep everything CLEAN!
