How’s it going. Looking to rent a room out of my home mid to late August. I am looking for someone in my age range. 25-35 years old preferably. I am 30 years old. I own a 3/2 home on the edge of Boynton and Lake worth. The home was recently fully renovated. Looking to rent out the room for 1200 a month. You’d have your own private bathroom, private room, access to the kitchen and the entirety of the house. Very close to the highway and is about a 20-30 min drive to Boca/FAU depending on traffic. About 5 minutes to the lake worth PBSC campus. It is a great location.

The neighborhood itself is extremely quiet and laid back. It is tucked away from any main or noisy roads and you can definitely get a lot of studying done.

I live in one room which is on one side of the house away from the other rooms and am gone majority of the week working. I have a very well trained black Lab named Basher, who is probably the friendliest dog you’d ever meet. He usually comes with me to work so he is not there through the day.
