Quiet neighborhood and friendly people that I have encountered. Access to other parts of the home are available (washer and dryer, kitchen, dining room, living room, and office). Spacious parking in the driveway.

About the roomies

I believe in effective communication and honesty. Respecting others and also being friendly. Cleaning up after yourself is important. I enjoy exercising and being outdoors at times. More of a homebody that can have fun occassionally.
