We have a well appointed home with a wood burning fireplace, bright and sunny shared kitchen with Jenn-Air SS Appliances, furnished bedroom, high speed internet, washer and dryer access, utilities are not included per month; rental options are available depending on individual needs, the room can be rented as a short term situation with flexible terms. Perfect for traveling nurse, student, relocating to the area or transitional situation. No couples, no overnight guests, no children, no drama or late nights. We’re on the shoreline and within minutes to the beach, wonderful restaurants, quaint shops, close to the quaint village of Essex and equidistant to Boston and NYC. Our home is a non smoking home in a quiet country setting, on 3 acres with decking and patios overlooking a pond.

We have friendly pets; I am a self employed professional, very clean, neat and organized. (1) $1800 Waterfront View, medium room, full size bed. (1) $1500 Garden View, medium room, full size bed.

All rooms are exceptionally clean and furnished with linens, just bring your suitcase and relax and rejuvenate. The property has park like grounds along with unlimited use of the property and grounds; multiple fire pits with sitting areas, hiking trails, use of kayaks and row boat on the pond and a gym is located on the property.
