A 10m drive to Amesbury/Newburyport & minutes away from aLL major highways. Local features include walking/hiking/bike trails,beach activities etc along w/access to YoUr OwN PriVaTe beach. This LaRgE, sunny, furnished room is located on the 2nd fl. Tenant has access to off street parking,full access to the kitchen,living/dining Rm area & the outdoor deck/patio off each of those areas. Rent is $1500.00 a mo w/$1500.00 security. All utilities, water, electricity,internet are shared. No pets or smokers please; due to allergies. As a family joke,the understanding was,once you turned 39; you stayed there; you never aged beyond that. .☺️😉Every year after,was just another 39th bday! ☺️ But if truth be told, I find myself now entering those retirement years. . That being said,I’m interested in sharing my home w/1 other roommate. I’m open minded, professional, clean, respectful, laid back & low key & while I’ve been told I have a good sense of humor & can be outgoing & social, I also value & respect alone time.
