Private room in recently finished basement in the best neighborhood! 12 mins walking to downtown Ferndale including 2 grocery stores. You will have your own space downstairs with your own bedroom and bathroom, including shower and access to laundry. You can also use my home gym area (it’s in the basement but I will use it too), which has gym flooring, mirrors, yoga mats and some dumbbells. There is no tv in the bedroom but there is another space you have access to with couch and tv. The kitchen is upstairs which you will have access to. I live upstairs so we will have separate living spaces but will use the same back entrance. You can park and store stuff in the garage as well.

I am 37, female (she/her), LGBT. Quit weed a few months ago so prefer non- or light- cannabis users (like vaping in your room is fine, but not smoking etc.). I would say I am average clean, not gross or anything but not anal. But with roommates I try not to leave dishes in the sink for too long and wipe up counters and so on. I have friends over sometimes but don’t have parties really (except for my annual pride party :). I keep busy with hobbies and family but also like to stay home, read and chill. Pretty easy going and kind of an introvert/extrovert combo.
