Medium sized room with shared bathroom in quiet, clean, low traffic family home in quiet neighborhood. Shared kitchen with plenty of counter space. Property has small, pleasant backyard and front yard. Fairly close to stores and several parks.

Room can be rented half furnished or unfurnished. Utilities included in rent. Laundry down the hall. Plenty of street parking. Walking distance to shops and parks. We currently have a small dog and a cat therefore No pets and no smoking

Minimum stay 6 months. Deposit of 800.00 will be required.

We are laid back hard working couple from the food and beverage and mobility industry usually not home during the day. We like to come home and relax at night and spend time with our pets.
