I currently live here and my roommate is moving out at lease end, so you would be renewing lease with myself. You’d have your own bathroom, apartment has a large main area between the living room and kitchen/dining.. a lot of separation between the bedrooms. Also living area/kitchen fully furnished with open cabinet space, air fryer for use, large L shaped leather couch, TV, etc. Only other roommate is myself. I love the community and location so I really want to keep the apartment and remain here. Not super concerned with age, 35 myself but I’m pretty active and like to go out so a young/younger minded person would be best fit. I don’t usually do unknown roommates so would like to find someone compatible that would function as a friend and roommate if possible.

Pricing shown would include parking spot and approximate water/valet trash and other fees. This could go up slightly (<$100) as I don’t have the renewal pricing offer as of writing this, but pricing shown is what’s currently being paid. I’m very into lifting weights, hiking, snowboarding, traveling, beers and football. I go out for food some weekdays and frequently go out in Old Town on weekends, but also enjoy downtime otherwise. Low key midweek for sure, you may not see me aside from if I’m cooking and I frequently get home at/after 8pm. Looking for someone with a similar mindset/activities and that would be compatible. Place has a nice clean white and gray look, so it’s pretty simple to keep clean and would expect minimal effort to do so from whomever else lives here… not at an OCD level, so that may not work for compatibility if you’re at that level. Would expect it kept in nice visual condition and suitable for if any company were to come over (I usually don’t have people over, occasionally on weekends). Pretty basic stuff. I’m real easy going overall, friendly and fun in a laid back personality.
