Looking for one roommate to rent the master bedroom in my home. Has an attached full bathroom and walk-in closet. Common areas include a large kitchen, living room, dining room, sunroom, front porch, back deck, and yard. Washer and dryer on site. Lease includes access to the garage which is great for storing a bike, camping gear, etc. The home has a large yard with trees, birds, and a big garden. (Happy to share veggies with you!) The back sunroom is perfect for yoga, meditation, dance, working out, etc.

Rent: $900/ month, water included, split utilities 50/50 (electricity and internet)

Looking for a roommate who is: Tidy, communicative, and considerate. No cigarette smoking please.

You would be sharing the home with myself, the homeowner. I’m in my early 30s and work full time at Emory while working on my masters part time. Not a partier but enjoy socializing and like to host potlucks once every couple months. I go out of town at least once or twice a month so you would regularly have the space to yourself. You would also share the space with two handsome and well behaved cats.
