Hi! I am looking for someone to takeover my lease starting August 1st - 1 bedroom, shared bath with one other person. The lease ends October 31 with an opportunity to renew. You will need to sign a lease per our building management.

About the building:

• Located in Downtown Jersey City
• Apple Maps says it’s 700ft walk to Grove St Path Station or a 4 minute walk
• Coin-operated laundry machine is available on each floor (9 floors, elevator building)
• Dog friendly

About the unit:

• 3 bedroom/2 bathroom (i’m looking for someone to take over part of the lease 1bedroom/shared bath)
• Very high ceilings throughout the apartment
• Dog friendly; $50/month fee unless you have an ESA animal. There is a dog in the unit right now - Corgi
• Spacious patio deck for entertaining
• Natural sunlight: not obstructed by the JC downtown building construction.
• Your Rent: $1,535.57; Security Deposit: 1.5x rent
• Utilities: Xfinity $21.99/person; PSE&G ranges from $27-90/person depending on the season.
• If needed, i’m open to providing a furnished bedroom for a fee.

About the roommates:

• 2 working professional females in their late 20s/early 30s
• We found each other through FB/Roomies and we’ve become really close friends. We have an amazing time hanging out but we respect personal space too.
• I’m personally sad to move out…🥺 they’re just really great.

Who they’re looking for:

• A working professional female in her mid/late 20s who is outgoing, respectful of space, and clean…
• OK with another dog as long as they get along with Moka, the Corgi
• Need to be interviewed by my roommates
• Need to complete an application and sign lease
