Washer, Dryer, and Dishwasher in the unit. Total rent is $1750 already including renter’s insurance package. Not included is Wifi ($20 each) and Electric (about $40 each) Application fee is $85 and HOA application is $125. There will also be a $200 administration fee for new paperwork. June’s rent is already paid so if you moved in on July 1st the total would be $993.

There are currently two tenants, a 26-year-old guy who is a musician and works mostly nights and a 24-year-old female who works days as an event coordinator. Apartment currently has two cats.
