The home is conveniently located a few blocks away from Safeway, Rite Aid, and OfficeMax. It is also directly across the street from a park and bus stops. There is always plenty of street parking along with two private parking spaces in the back of the home. The home has 3 rooms in total with two bathrooms, one which would be shared with the other occupant of this room. The room is very spacious (even as a double) with a large walk-in closet. It faces the backyard and is naturally lit from the sun throughout the day. The rent is $487.50/month + around $120 for utilities. However, the price is expected to increase when the lease is renewed in September.

My roomate and I are moving out on July 1st. The other two housemates, Sarah and Clara, are very friendly and extroverted. They enjoy occasionally watching tv shows and making dinner together. There are also two cats living here at the moment, so this might not be the place for you if you are allergic to cats.
