ROOMMATE WANTED.(Cathedral City, CA) Room isn’t going to be fully furnished so you do need to bring a bed. The living room is off limits because it is my daughter’s playroom for the majority of time.(She’s 4yrs) As for kitchen, Dining room, and jacuzzi you’ll be welcome to:) Bathroom will be shared. 300$ security deposit plus 1st month’s rent of 850$ would need to be payed up front.
