This House is run more like a really well run commercial property. Property manager checks on house weekly to check for any issues or repairs, take out trash, change A/C filters, etc.. We have Maid service every 7 days as well, and Google Fiber 2g. Really great place to live.

2. No drugs, no 420, no pets, no loud music. Quiet clean place to relax at.
3. Ideal tenant is tidy and doesn’t cook too much.
