Our sweet little home is a 5 bedroom (2 masters, 2 smaller rooms, and one large office) house with 2 driveways, so you will have your own place to park. We have a private fenced in back yard with a grill, a hammock, a two person swing, some seating for outdoor dining, and a carport with additional seating/room for DIY crafts/hobbies. We are biking/walking distance from the EFSC Melbourne campus and very close to shopping and restaurants. My office contains a large desk similar to mine that is not currently in use, so if office space would be useful to you, we can discuss that option as well. There is a laundry room so no need to rush off to the laundromat. I can offer the room unfurnished for $800/month or furnished for $850/month. We can discuss animals if you have pets moving with you.

I (homeowner) am an early 30s female, I work from home in healthcare and will be finishing my degree in the coming months. I like plants, PC games, DIY home projects, and all kinds of music. My boyfriend is an early 30s male who works the majority of the day. He loves to cook, watch sports, help me with my crazy projects, and keep the house tidy. I have 2 sons that are here 50% of the time, even less when they are in school. They are ages 4 and 8, and are very respectful. We usually play outside or partake in activities in the office. Lastly, we have 2 pets – a 4 year old German shepherd dog and a 5 year old Siamese cat. My dog is VERY sweet and loves to be around people and other pets, he is a gentle giant. My cat generally stays in my room and is rarely seen by others. Overall, we are a laid back household. If you want to hang out and game with us, repot plants, work on some crafts, cook with us, feel free! If you’re more into doing your own thing, that’s perfectly fine too. Communication and respect are the keys to successful cohabitating.
