Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate for a bedroom with a private full bathroom available to rent starting in July. The main level common area will be furnished.

This property is a 3bd 3.5ba townhouse in Montgomery Village (Gaithersburg/Rockville area). This is a new construction townhouse in a friendly neighborhood near Shady Grove Metro Station, local bus stops, and Rio Washingtonian Center!

Restrictions-no cats, no smoking/drugs, ok with dogs

A bit about me: I graduated from UMD in 2021 and I work in tech consulting. I like doing a lot of outdoor activities like hiking, exploring the DC area, and love going to dance classes. I have a very friendly 1 year old lab mix named Suki so being ok with large breed dogs is a must.
