Hello Guys, My apartment has 2 bedroom and 2 bath. I am planning to rent the apartment or you can just rent one of the bedroom. The price is 1250 if you rent one room. Each bedroom has their own bathroom and closets. One of the room is for 2 person and the other room is for one person. It is located in the 7th floor. Apartment is furnished. The apartment is located in Tampa Downtown. It is in riverwalk. It has gym, pool, study room, and 3 different areas to socialise and relax. One of them is indoor area other two are outdoor. One of the outdoor one is a terrace and the other outdoor area is a courtyard. The rooms will be available between 1st of March and 20th of September. The rent amount is include all of the bills and facilities in the apartment.

My name is Seda and I am from Turkey. I am 24 years old and I am doing my internship in Tampa. I have a roommate and she is from Kyrgyzstan. She is 27 and she is doing internship like me. Most of the time we are not at home in the day time because of our internship plan. Both of us can speak English so you won’t have any problems about communication. We don’t smoke but rarely we drink alcohol. We are super friendly and respectful to personal borders.
