Beech Street

Located in Cortez Hill this is the Gema Apartment complex. We probably have the best apartment in the building location wise (This is also just a hidden gem). Steps to the hot tub gate but still so quiet. We get the most natural light in our unit and we keep it super nice. Place is nicely furnished but we always love making adjustments! Since we are up the hill from downtown slightly you do not get many homeless people near here. Tons of dog owners and you are walking distance to Balboa, Little Italy, and Downtown. We got insanely lucky with this place. One roommate moving out, so we gotta fill it!

It is currently my girlfriend and I living in the master. Good buddy is moving out of the other unit, we will miss him, but excited for something new too! My girlfriend, Thanh-Mai (TM) and I have been together for 5 years, people love hanging out with us together (Jeez that sounds like a red flag, but it’s not I promise), we aren’t in your face couply. I am pretty active and TM loves cooking and self care. TM is from Vienna Austria, and I am from Fresno California, we met at UCSB. We don’t drink, but feel free! We love relaxing nights. We are super friendly, whomever moves in will be getting a LOVING HOME.

P.S. My girlfriend will also likely feed you a lot… she is Vietnamese so… she does that lol
