Salisbury University student looking for someone to take over the lease starting Aug 30th Must apply through Orchard application process. If approved I will pay for the July and August rent if move in by June 30th Current roommate is also a Female Salisbury U student in the nursing program. Female preferred and Salisbury University student preferred. We will pay all lease transfer fees and give $1000 to first person that is approved through the University Orchard background and credit check process and matches the roommate that is the best fit.
