Spacious room with big closet for rent in a 4 bedroom house. Room can be either furnished or unfurnished depending on your need. You will have access to the full house. Backyard with a deck and grill. Garage with a pool table. Laundry room and your own bathroom space. We also have a separate fridge in the garage, if need be. Looking to rent out for 1 year with the possibility of longer when I relocate.

This house has free-roaming friendly pets, so preferably someone who is ok with cats and a dog.

Non-smokers only. No pets (I have enough haha)

Rent includes $25/month for water and $50/month for electric. Parking in driveway.

23 minutes to Pooler. 25 minutes to downtown Savannah. Close to local restaurants, gas and a supermarket.

30+ young woman. Active and outgoing. Works remotely. My husband is active military and is now stationed in VA while I’m still here for a year. He will come back to visit from time to time but mostly, I’ll go to him. Loves animals, movies, music and just relaxing. Hoping to make a good connection!
