This is for house share!!! You get a large room and shared bathroom!!!The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Seaside, CA. The street overlooks the beautiful Monterey Bay and city of Monterey. The rental includes a large, shared driveway and plenty of street parking. The garage is mainly used for storage and crafting/art workshop space. There is a washer and dryer in the garage. The common areas of the house include fully furnished and equipped living room (with fire place), kitchen, dining room, kitty den (yes, I spoil them) and huge backyard with several seating areas, fire pit, grill, raised garden beds and shed. The house has hardwood floors, lots of natural light and you’ll noticed in the pictures lots of indoor plants.

I rent the master bed/bath. I have been renting here for 2+years and have 3 beloved cats (Gaia, Fernhin and Thor). No more pets will be accepted.

About me: I am 45 years old and a local artist and educator. Lately I have been focusing on growing my business of handmade designs inspired by the ocean and incorporating items from my beach combing collections. I love nature, animals, gardening, beach combing and tide pooling, reading, baking and hanging with friends. I am kind, open minded, respectful, reliable, clean and friendly. I have a wonderful community of friends and am active in community events, which can be helpful if you’re new to the area. I am looking for 1 housemate (preferably between the ages of 35-55 who is respectful, clean, reliable, honest, love cats, responsible and kind. Initially I’d like to have a conversation to see if we would be a good fit as housemates and ultimately the goal is to maintain a peaceful home with mutual, healthy communication and support.
