Newly constructed end-unit townhome with 4b/3.5ba. The top floor is 3b/2.5ba and the bottom floor is 1b/1ba. There is a HUGE kitchen and large living space on the main floor that will be shared, along with a balcony overlooking trees.

The home is on the Emory shuttle route (8 min bus ride) and is close to Piedmont Park, Brookhaven, Buckhead, Midtown, you name it. Having a car is important in Atlanta and will help take advantage of the great location in this area specifically.

I am a 24 year old Software Engineer working in Midtown, and have lived in Atlanta for 3 years. I plan to occupy one of the rooms (most likely the bottom floor one). One of the bedrooms which shares a bathroom is likely going to be occupied by an Emory student for the first semester. The other room with shared bathroom (1200 including utilities), and the primary bedroom (2000 including utilities) are open.
