Room is available now. Roommates are composed of 4 professionals. NO UNDERGRAD STUDENTS (no exceptions). We all tend to keep to ourselves but are happy to congregate and socialize when schedules permit.

Each tenant has a separate contract for their room and is only responsible for their individual rent. Free laundry included on site. Free off street parking available. Fully itemized kitchen with 2 fridges, microwave and oven/stove. Looking for someone who is courteuous and clean in common areas. Room is furnished with desk, desk chair, book shelf, bed, and closet.

This is not a sublet opportunity, we’re looking for someone who can commit to a 1 year lease. NO PETS unfortunately (landlord’s rule, not mine). Rooms are for single occupancy only (no couples). Please DM if interested
