About the room
This rental includes a private bedroom, a private bathroom, a large shared living space as well as shared gym equipment and a back entrance into the space if tenant wishes to use it. The kitchen, laundry room are upstairs but of course available to tenant. $750 includes all utilities, wifi, etc.
About the roomies
We are a family of 5. Two adults, 3 children and two hypoallergenic dogs. The house is far too big for us and the lower level never gets used.
