Renting out my condo. It’s $1600 for the whole place not each room. I have to move to North Chicago for school, so I’m renting out my place. I’ll still be coming by once or twice a week but I essentially won’t be there. I’ll be keeping a few things in the basement for storage. There’s currently a queen size bed in one of the rooms you can use. But no other furniture so it’s not furnished.
