Hello! I am looking for one person to rent one private upstairs bedroom in my 5 bed/3 bath house in Windsor. You will be sharing a bathroom with one gentleman who is working 6 days a week so you will most likely not see him very much. And you will be sharing living spaces and kitchen with everyone.

Our house is in a very good and quiet neighborhood. We have a dryer/washer, gas stove, oven, fridge, central AC etc. You can use a street parking right in front of our house.

The photos are from Redfin listing. We recently bought the house and we are still furnishing so a lot of furnitures will be a bit different. We have a large fenced backyard for you to spend time. Our house has a Ring security alarm so you don’t have to be worry about the safety! Everyone’s bedroom will have a security lock so you can be sure nobody will enter your room. We provide a twin bed, TV, desk and a chair. However, if you prefer to bring your own furniture, please let us know and we will take the stuff out.

There are currently 5 of us. My husband and I in a master bedroom upstairs, and 1 tenant who will be sharing a bathroom with you, and my parents on a downstairs bedroom. We are clean, quiet, and responsible people. The level of interaction with us will be up to you. We will respect your space.

I work at a Biotech company in Novato. Three other people are working at a famous Thai restaurant in Santa Rosa.

We are looking for ideally a female who is working full time (no couple). We want someone who is clean, honest, responsible, and quiet. NO SMOKING/DRUGS of any kind and NO drinking/partying. No pet please. Credit check and background check will be required and must make 3x monthly rent. NO violent crimes and no previous eviction
