I’ve been living in this area for six years. So long that the actual unit is NOT fixed up hence the very low price for staying here. If you are not keen on living in a unit that is low quality skip this ad.
Now for the positives. It is located in a nice, quiet area near the UC campus and it is only a walk away from multiple restaurants and stores. It’s a bit rough but it works.
I’m a 33 year old gamer that stays to myself. I’m usually at work or playing video games when I am not outside. I am actually looking for someone willing to help fix up the apartment to make it more comfortable for the both of us. I am 420 friendly and the building is predominantly Mexican so there’s that.
