Northeast 6th Street

I’m looking for a roommate for my first-floor duplex in NE Minneapolis starting August 1st. It’s in a great location in the heart of Northeast. Just a short walk from the Mississippi River, Dangerous Man, Indeed, Young Joni, 331 Club, many of the art studios, Logan Park, and more. Rent is $755-820 depending on which bedroom you want (one is a bit larger). We pay gas, electric and internet, which typically comes out to another $100/mo in the summer and up to $160/mo in the winter. No central air, but the apartment is first floor and stays shady and cool in the summer. There’s free laundry and loads of storage space in the basement. No garage space, but there is always plenty of street parking available. We have a large updated kitchen, a nice shared bathroom, lots of windows for natural light and a great fenced in backyard.

My name’s Trevor, I’m 26, originally from Wisconsin but am a gopher alum that graduated from the U five years ago. Now I work as a supply chain analyst at a local food bank. I love being active, getting outside, reading, cooking, music and just trying new things. I’m a friendly guy, and usually have no challenges getting along with other people. Although I am an introvert at heart and take my alone time to recharge. I like to keep things tidy and am more of a morning person (get up around 6 - I’m always respectful of people sleeping but do need to be able to quietly have breakfast, exercise, shower, etc.). And because it matters to some, I am a part of the lgbtq+ community. In our side of the duplex it’d just be you and me - no other roommates.
