Great listing for someone traveling for work or in the process of purchasing a home and needs somewhere to stay for a few months. It is a quiet safe neighborhood about 20 minutes from downtown and North Austin, with less city traffic and conveniently able to Uber to the airport when needed.

About the place, I like to keep it clean so if you aren’t someone who picks up after yourself this isn’t the place for you. I tend to be home in the evening but enjoy socializing outside of the house as well so you won’t be stuck with a roommate who is home all day. I can be social but enjoy my quiet time, been in Austin 2 years and am happy to offer you some tips if you new to the area. I do have a cat so please keep that in mind if you have allergies. This is a no smoking household and I don’t host large parties so don’t worry this isn’t a party house. I work in product management so am pretty busy with work Monday-Friday.
