AVAILABLE JULY 1ST (OR AUG 1st) 2023: Private bedroom availability in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom recently renovated apartment in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Looking for a roommate to lease 12 months.

-1 min walk to 2/5 trains. -Open queen-sized bedroom has plenty of closet space. -In-unit washer/dryer. -Unit is quiet at the back of the building.

I’m 31 and largely focused on my career in digital marketing. I’ve lived in NYC for 6+ years and had my roommate recently move out. Would like to stay in this great space, so looking for someone to fill in the room.

I’m pretty low key and quiet in general. Most nights after work I’m watching TV or playing some video games, but I do like to get out of the apartment and spend time with friends on the weekends.

Ideal roommate fit is a male in his late 20s to early-30’s. A friendly professional who is easy-going, respectful, and responsible.

Upon signing the lease, first month’s rent and a security deposit is required. I do work from home two days a week, so for the size of the space would probably be ideal to find someone who will be working out of the apartment on those days (or doesn’t mind hearing my voice on calls for a few hours).
