Ellis Mansion offers off street parking and onsite coin operated ($1) laundry room. Walking distance to nearby colleges include Union College, Clarkson University, Schenectady Community College, Empire State College and one hour bus ride to SUNY Albany. Room amenities include air conditioner, heat, Smart TV with Netflix, Apple TV+, Plex Movie Network (HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, etc…), American Forces Network (global channels), local channels, high speed Internet, and iMac desktop computer. Single occupancy only, non-smoker, no illegal drugs and no pets. Must maintain a clean room and be responsible to clean after themselves in shared areas (kitchen, bathroom and living room).
