My roommate and I are looking for 1 person to join our one-year lease starting July 27th. This will be our 3rd year living at this location in south Arlington right off S Glebe Rd. Our common living spaces are fully furnished, including a fully stocked kitchen with lots of cookware and spices!

Should you want, our current roommate is willing to leave all her furniture (see pictures of room) for a steeply discounted price.

$1200 rent/month ~$55 utilities/month (on avg per person, varies monthly based on usage; we split total equally) $700 refundable security deposit

Your room:

• Private bedroom (largest room)
• Private full bathroom
• Direct patio access with private entrance
• Walk-in closet
• Hardwood floors

About the house:

• 3 story townhome in a quiet and safe neighborhood/area (3 bed/2.5 bath)
• Shared half-bath on the first floor
• In-unit laundry
• One shared assigned parking spot and plenty of free street parking
• Directly across the street from Giant (grocery), LA Fitness (gym), Starbucks, nail salon, fast casual restaurants, tennis courts, soccer fields, and Four Mile Run bike trail
• On major bus lines
• 5 min drive to Pentagon City and Crystal City
• 7 min drive to/from airport (Ronald Reagan - DCA)
• 15 minute drive to Old Town and downtown DC
• We have a TV with plenty of entertainment subscriptions (Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, YouTube Premium, and more!)

• We are two professional women in our mid-twenties who both work a hybrid schedule We both like to explore the DMV and socialize, but we mainly like to keep our home a private space to unwind and relax (i.e., occasional, small gatherings)
• We both love to cook! One of us is a meat-eater, the other isn’t.
• Combined we have Costco and BJ’s Wholesale Club memberships
• Temporarily fostering three adorable kittens (won’t be here by your move-in date) but otherwise pet-free
• We are looking for someone who also values clean and neat common spaces and who won’t mind being added to a chore chart :)
