$1600 for first and last monthβs rent due upon move-in.
This is a month to month lease for a minimum of six months. If you need a short term rental, i.e. a place to stay while you are getting yourself situated in SD, the rent will be $1,200 for this unfurnished room and will include utilities.
For short term rental; the first and last, and a 500 security deposit is due upon moving in.
Please include your age, work schedule, type of work you do and reason for leaving your current accommodations in your initial email.
Emails that donβt include those or one liners may be ignored.

No drugs, 420 is okay.
No tobacco smoking inside, vaping is okay.

This is an lgbt+ friendly environment, you must be too.

Steps to the USD campus, ten minutes to all that San Diego has to offer.
A commanding view of the valley and the mansions dotting Mission Hills from the balcony. Close to mass transit, close to shopping.
No traffic, close to major highways. Plenty of street parking and no street sweeping. No tents or panhandlers in the neighborhood.
Washer and dryer in unit. Parking spot may become available in a couple of months for an additional $50 on rent.
This is a 3 bd 2 ba apartment. You will be sharing a bath with one other person. The room is 10x10 with south facing windows.
Utilities(Wi-Fi, SDGE)are split three ways.
Small dogs maybe considered for a refundable deposit of $400. Must be house broken and very well trained. No barking, whining, accidents in the house.
We may ask for references.
