The apartment has a nice open kitchen and living room, along with a balcony facing the Bayside park and Miami Beach. The building opened in January 2023, so everything is nice and clean. The building has 2 pools and a gym that is free to use.
About the roomies
The other room is occupied by me. I am from Denmark and have been living in Miami for the past 2 years. I work in downtown and go into the office everyday, and spend most week nights at home. During the weekends I tend to go out at night, to the beach, etc. Generally very easy going.
